Secure your jewellery with the orignal pack materials & certificate in the tamper proof packaing provided by Kangati Lakshmi Jewellers once the package is sealed.
Once your package ready just call our customer care team & we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
Once your refunded item is recieved Kangati Lakshmi will refund you or new item will be processed shortly.
Jewllery returnd showing signs of alteration by any one other than Kangati Lakshmi shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection. We reserve the right to change the exchange & buy back amount of the product.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Return & Replacement policy.
You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail reflating to that product. You can cancel one order item with in an order without cancelling the entire order if the order contains or more order items.
For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (credit card/ debit card/Net Banking)
Once the product is returned under our 30 day money back policy the refund will be credited to your account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the some or get the amount refunded to your bank account.
